The pharmaceutical industry invests a great deal of time and resources training employees how to perform tasks correctly in order to ensure high quality products. But we often miss the critical "flip side" - training personnel on how to respond to problems. This presentation covers ideas on how to train employees what to do when things go wrong, as well as results of an industry survey on SOP training practices, and a summary of the conference attendees' small group brainstorming session.
