There are now 6 Graduate Certificates in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing program offered by Stevens Institute of Technology either live in Hoboken, or worldwide 24/7 online via WebCampus. Certificates are composed of 4 courses, and credits can be applied to a M.S. degree. The current concentrations are:

- Validation and Regulatory Affairs
- Design of Pharmaceutical Facilities
- Project Engineering in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
- Bioprocess Systems in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
- Medical Devices Design and Manufacturing
