This presentation was given at the 2011 GMP Training and Education Association Biennial Training Conference in Orlando, FL, and explores 10 of the important roles that GMP trainers fill, and how mastering them can improve their trainer skill sets. The additional "hats" that the group brainstormed during the session have been added to the program.
